High School application process for Shrine Catholic Academy studentsWe are excited to share that applying to Shrine Catholic High School is now easier than ever, thanks to a streamlined process offered through FACTS. Here's how to get started:1. Log in to your FACTS Family Portal.2. On the left side of the screen, locate the Apply/Enroll option in the yellow box and click on it.3. Select the yellow box labeled Create a New Student Application.4. Fill out the required information, select Grade 9 and the 2026-2027 school year, and click the Submit button.
High School application process for incoming freshmen not currently attending Shrine AcademyClass of 2031 application process and requirements
1. Complete the application using the button below.2. Register and take the High School Placement Test (HSPT) at Shrine on Saturday, Nov. 21, or Saturday, Dec. 5 (accommodated testing date).. Register here(Students requiring accommodations should take the test on Dec. 65and notify the Admissions Office of the accommodation type.)
3. Upload supporting documentation (Grade 7 report card, current report card, most recent standardized test scores, behavioral and attendance records, and essay) to your application.

Students should submit the following information with their application:- Grade 7 and current Grade 8 report cards
- Most recent standardized test scores (most current as of October 2026)
- Essay
- Freshman Student Profile
- Attendance record
- Behavioral record
Admissions decisions for the Class of 2031 will be announced on Thursday, Jan. 21, 2027. In order to receive an admissions decision on this date, applications must be received by Friday, Dec. 4, 2026.
