A COMMUNITY FOUNDED IN FAITH: Shrine Catholic Schools are a treasured educational ministry of one of the largest parishes in the Archdiocese of Detroit, the National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica in Royal Oak. THE RIGHT SIZE, THE RIGHT MIX: Committed to the benefits of co-education from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12, the Shrine Catholic Schools environment, which includes one of only four parish-based co-educational high schools in the Archdiocese, educates our students in a real-world setting. By emphasizing respect and the dignity of all, graduates are prepared to work cooperatively and collaboratively with their peers, as children, as young adults, in college, and throughout their lives. A robust Grade School and Early Childhood Center program at 12 Mile and Woodward Avenue leads into exemplary Academy and High School programs at 13 Mile and Woodward that are small by design.
